Library Coloring Page with Bonus Summer Reading Log

    • Facebook

Celebrate libraries and reading with this darling library coloring page from children's book author and illustrator, Melanie Hope Greenberg. The sweet illustration features a librarian (or perhaps a parent?) helping a child reach for a book while another child relaxes on the floor with a book.

As a bonus, you will also get the companion page to use either as a summer reading log or a blank canvas for free drawing. Perhaps your children would like to draw pictures of themselves reading!

Blank library coloring page and reading log on pink background with text.

If you are a librarian or teacher, this library coloring page would also be a fun handout at summer reading programs or for use in conjunction with our summer library challenge and scavenger hunt. Use the blank space on the reading log to record scavenger hunt findings.

Hi, Erica! Thanks, as always, for all of these fabulous ideas! I am working on our library's summer program and will utilize some of these ideas. Some of the links are not opening. For example, the Library Scavenger Hunt and Twiddle and Twaddle. Any idea what I need to do to open them? Be blessed!

Hi Julie, I'm working on getting that fixed in the next day or so! I'll even have a print out of the entire challenge.
