    This birthday train coloring page is perfect for the child who thinks that no party is complete without a train! The illustration features a toy train engine pulling two cars and a caboose and carrying a dog on a background of confetti composed of toys, sweet treats and ribbons.

    This latest coloring sheet in our monthly coloring page series from children's book illustrator, Melanie Hope Greenberg, doubles as a fun party favor or activity. Stick one in every goodie bag at your child's birthday party, or leave them out on the table with some crayons for kids who want something quiet to do during the festivities.

    Meet the illustrator:

    Melanie Hope Greenberg loves going to birthday parties. She is also an award winning author and illustrator of more than 15 children’s books. Her cheerful, vibrant illustrations can be found in books such as Good Morning, Digger, Down in the Subway and A City Is. Her very popular Mermaids on Parade  was selected as a Bank Street Best Book, and for the Texas Reading Club and PBS Kids Summer Reading Lists.

    Melanie also visits schools and libraries to talk to kids about the process of creating an illustrated book.

      Hey wow. There are great coloring pages for kids. Even i was looking for the sheets. I had come across few of the sites which is one of them is this site.

      I was planning few activities to do with the kids on my kids birthday party so that I can keep them busy. I had collected few of the train coloring pages from the below site. So this time i can make lot of fun with m kids and their friends on his birthday.
