I'm sorry you are having difficulty with our free printables.
I cannot email pdf files to you. Please do not ask for an exception. Thank you for understanding.
PLEASE, try all of the following suggestions before emailing me and asking me for help. I do want to help you. Keep in mind, I only use a Mac and I am not extremely technologically savvy. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to hire someone to help with a product I am offering for free. The majority of people are able to successfully download the printables and one of these solutions has, so far, solved everyone's problems. If you find another solution, please let me know and I can add it here! Thank you for understanding.
1. Open and print from a desktop computer.
2. Switch browsers. Chrome works best. Internet Explorer causes people a lot of difficulty and I have no experience with IE, so cannot offer any suggestions. Firefox and Safari are alternative options, but less reliable than Chrome.
3. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader. This is free software; follow the installation instructions on the Adobe Acrobat page.
4. Before printing, download the file to your computer. On Chrome I do not have to download in order to print, but you may have to depending on your settings and your browser. This is very easy to do. Right click on the link. Then choose “save link as…” Save it to your computer wherever you’ll be able to find it (such as the desktop). Open from your computer and print.
