I found some button stamps I made years ago out of corks and gave them to Kiddo to try out as a fun art tool. All I did was glue buttons to the ends of corks. Buttons with interestingly raised surfaces and shapes will work best.
I found that paint works better than a stamp pad but you need to spread the paint thinly in a tray or else the paint globs and you don’t get a proper impression of the button’s shape and design.
The paper will make great gift wrap or cards.
This is also a great use for those extra buttons you still have for clothes that are long gone!
